Affiliate Agreement

This agreement is made on {date} between {Company}, hereafter "Company," and {Affiliate Applicant}, hereafter "Affiliate," regarding the Company website affiliation program:

The Affiliate, desiring to enter the Company affiliation program, agrees to abide by the terms and restrictions imposed by the Company, which may be updated or changed at any time via {notification}.

The Company will provide the Affiliate with graphic and text links, which will contain an Affiliate-specific identity tag. It is the responsibility of the Affiliate to correctly and efficaciously embed these links in their own website to direct traffic to the Company site.

The Affiliate may use the links however and wherever on the Affiliate's website. However, no link may be placed on a page featuring content that contains {nudity, swearing, violence, illegal activity, etc.} or promotes or advocates {illegal activities, discrimination against people based on age, race, nationality, gender, sex, orientation, etc.}. If the Affiliate violates this policy, the contract will be terminated, and the Affiliate will forfeit any pending commissions.

The Affiliate will earn {percentage} commissions for net purchases made by visitors when said visitors use the Affiliate-tagged links to visit the Company website. Each commission is for single visits only. The Affiliate will earn {percentage} commissions for {subscription services, return buys from the same visitor, etc.}. The Affiliate will not earn any commissions for return visitors who use a different affiliate's link to visit the Company website.

The Affiliate will be paid on the {date} of every month, provided they earn at least {monetary amount}. If they have not met the minimum requirement, they will be paid on the next payment date. Payments will be paid via {format}.

The Affiliate and the Company agree to each maintain their own website independently and without input from the other. Each agrees to indemnify the other from identity breaches, website malfunctions, and loss of traffic or revenue based on hacking or technical failure on their individual website.
